  • $149     -     Sycamore with linens.  Sleeps 2-4 (min. 2)
  • $98       -     All other lodges (no linens)
  • $83       -     R.V. with meals
  • $73       -     No lodging.  Program and meals only
 
Registration:
Opening date for ALL registration is May 15, 2010.  Full payment must be sent with all registration forms.  Registration may be sent by: mail, online registration, or fax with credit card (no walk-ins accepted during the month of May).  
*NOTE: Prescott Pines cannot guarantee lower bunks.
 
Registration deadline is 2 weeks before scheduled retreat.  A cancellation fee of $50.00 is non-refundable.  Registrations ARE transferable for same date.  Space will be at a premium this year, so please get your registrations in early!
 
Check-in time is 3:00 pm the first day of camp with dinner from 6:00 to 7:00.

  • Shop in Town (Westcor Mall and many boutiques/antiques shops in town)
  • Team Sports (based on participation)
  • Guided Hike
  • High Ropes Course

Gift Basket Jamboree:
At your request, it's back again... gather together and create a gift basket or two, or three with a "themed" content (a movie basket, a chocolate basket, a baby basket, etc.).  Bring them to camp to donate to our Gift Basket Jamboree to raise funds for new fiesta style plates and cups for Prescott Pines dining room.  Tickets will be sold for $1 each.  Purchase as many as you like for yourself, a friend, and family members!

  • Bible
  • Notebook and Pen
  • Sleeping Bag or bedding
  • Pillow
  • Towel
  • Toiletries
  • Soap
  • Tissues
  • Flashlight
  • Sweater/Jacket
  • Comfortable Shoes (lots of walking)
  • Umbrella
  • Hangers
  • Extra money for afternoon activities (snack bar, gift shop, shopping, etc.)
  • Name tag (this is your meal ticket!)
*For the comfort of all please do not bring babies or children to the retreat
